The property is set solely on the ground floor with a double room and a twin room with a TV, plus a family bathroom. The living space is open plan with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with a door leading out onto the south-facing patio. There is a brick-built barbecue on the patio and guests also have access to lawned areas and furniture and a tennis court. There is also off road parking for one car.
